WR Fundraising Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic international development charity, who are on the lookout for a Philanthropy Executive
The Philanthropy Executive will be inheriting their well-established mid-value giving programme, and be apart of a very strong and ambitious team. As the Philanthropy Executive you will be generating income from a portfolio of existing and prospective high value major donors, whilst also having the opportunity to work on exciting projects!
As the Philanthropy Executive, you will be hitting the ground running in this role but you will be joining a very supportive team, and building strong, lasting relationships will be second nature to you.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and highly motivated about building and maintain relationships.
Philanthropy Executive
Full Time, Permanent
London, Hybrid
Salary – Circa £30,500
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Maximising the philanthropy income
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with HNW supporters
• Prospect researching with the wider philanthropy team
• Implementing strong stewardship for donors to generate significant income from their portfolio
• Seeking new ways to identify new major donor prospects
• Working with the wider team on the delivery and stewardship events to maximise opportunities
• Creating engaging and innovative donor journeys
The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Demonstrate experience of philanthropy fundraising
• Have a track record of securing major gifts
• Be experienced in independently developing relationships with high net-worth individuals
• Be a brilliant communicator, with the ambition to succeed
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects
