Job description
My client is currently seeking an Aftercare Coordinator to join a well established team based in South Manchester.
Your new role - Ensuring the smooth handover of all projects to Aftercare
- Setting up jobs
- Monitor helpdesk emails and actioning anything in relation to aftercare
- Log, track and update all issues on the tracking system
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Identify and escalate situations which require urgent attention
- Issuing invoices
- Arrange meetings with the line manager
- Approve invoices
- Arrange and attend meetings with the client
- Answering of helpdesk phones and emailing, and action accordingly
- Following of standard help desk procedures
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in a Construction/ Facilities
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Customer service skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Problem solving skills
