Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer
TSR Legal are currently partnering with a multi service law firm based in Dover, Kent who have a fantastic reputation across the county. Our clients property team pride themselves on providing the best legal advice across residential property within a non volume property environment.
Our client is looking to recruit either a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years post qualification experience to join the property team on a Part Time basis. As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer you will be responsible for handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload consisting of Sale and Purchases, lease extension, new building and help to buy schemes as well as variety of services within the buy to let market.
