Job Purpose and Summary: Canon EMEA is looking for a Digital Product Owner Specialist, to be reponsible of Canon B2C Marketing Websites strategy, planning and optimisation. You will be reponsible to define and drive the Marketing Website strategy & roadmap, in line with customer expectation and business sales strategy (in collaboration with Digital Marketing Senior Manager). What we ask: As a Digital Product Owner you will: Be reponsible to define and drive the Marketing Website strategy & roadmap, in line with customer expectation and business sales strategy (in collaboration with Digital Marketing Senior Manager). Communicate the product strategy, vision and roadmap across the business stakeholders centrally and locally - from executive members to front line operations teams. Make investment cases for product enhancement Be the lead and product owner of the End to End Website Unification project to deliver the agreed Canon Web vision and agreed future Website IA and UX/UI customers journeys. Responsible of the digital customer journey on our Webistes. Be the operational go to person and stakeholder management for Canon Marketing Website in B2C marketing team and with cross-functions and BU. You will need:

  1. Digital product experience within a B2B or B2C organisations
  2. You have led customer facing digital products from concept to adoption, with experience in all stages of the product lifecycle
  3. Experience in Website Optimisation: testing, tracking and measurement of journey improvements and outcomes.
  4. Digitally savvy with experience in defining optimised user experience
  5. Good understanding of Customer Insight approaches and methods
  6. Experience working alongside UX/UI teams, providing appropriate challenge to creative design.
  7. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  8. Working knowledge of digital product development architecture
  9. Experience of working within external agencies, IT & technical team
  10. Experience in data analysis and proficiency in the use of analytic tools
