Job Role
Join our Continuous Improvement Team as a Continuous Improvement Lead. You’ll be a key member of the team coaching, mentoring, and supporting in the successful delivery of the Seetec Pluss Continuous Improvement Strategy.
Within this role you’ll be responsible for delivering regular training courses in line with the Seetec Pluss Continuous Improvement strategy framework and delivering Lean Practitioner courses to external businesses. You’ll also support in producing and delivering Strategic Improvement Programmes. You’ll facilitate regular team-based improvement activity/events and provide support in Lean thinking across all departments.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-driven and highly motivated Continuous Improvement professional skilled in Lean tools and techniques. Have experience of driving a Lean Transformation Programme ideally within a service driven environment and a proven track record of delivering tangible benefits within a large multi-site organisation.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £40,000 to £45,000 p.a.(dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Successful applicants base can be agreed at appointment. Whilst this is a remote working role, the successful candidate will be required to travel across a number of geographies across the South West, South East, Central, London Home Counties and North West as and when required.
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support in the sustainment of change and benefits realisation.
- Provide support in Lean thinking across all departments.
- Deliver regular training courses in line with the Seetec Pluss Continuous Improvement strategy framework
- Deliver Lean Practitioner courses to external businesses in accordance with the Seetec sales strategy.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- A self-driven and highly motivated Continuous Improvement professional skilled in Lean tools and techniques.
- Experience of driving a Lean Transformation Programme ideally within a service environment.
- A proven track record of delivering tangible benefits within a large multi-site organisation.
- A proven coach/mentor with the ability to gain trust and engage all levels within an organisation.
- An expert facilitator capable of leading teams through Improvement Activities such as Value Stream Analysis, , Rapid Improvement Events and Team Based Problem Solving.
- A proven trainer with the ability to successfully engage with and educate people in Lean thinking, tools and techniques.
- A willingness to travel is a must to provide support to a dispersed and multi-site organisation.
- Lean Green Belt/Lean Practitioner qualified.
- A skilled communicator, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience at the development and reviewing of processes and process mapping.
Desirable
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt qualified.
- Training delivery experience- classroom and remote
