Telford Head Office Based

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm (min. 3 days per week office based)

Role Overview:

As a Marketing CRM Analyst you will be required to support the team in driving new business lead generation initiatives.


As a Marketing CRM Executive, you will report directly to the Prospect Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns targeting prospective customers. Primary focus will be the warming up of prospects, profiling them and the ultimate handing-over of these prospects to sales at critical times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and marketing strategies. They will play a cruci al role in identifying opportunities to enhance lead generation efforts and drive new business growth.

As a Marketing CRM Analyst you r r esponsibilities will be to :

Work with the Prospect Marketing Manager to analy s e CRM data related to lead generation and prospecting activities to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies.

Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns aimed at acquiring new business.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation campaigns. Regularly provide insights and reports to stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal team members, including the Senior Digital Executive and Customer Insight Manager to ensure that Lyreco is promoting targeted marketing initiatives in the most effective method – and led by both data and insight.

Assist in the creation of professional marketing briefs targeting prospective customers, outlining campaign objectives , key messaging, and target audience (by segment, by vertical, by opportunity).

Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Prospect Marketing Manager, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.

The ideal CRM Marketing Analyst will have :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Business, Analytics, or a related field is ideal , though we also value proven experience.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages and engage with prospective customers.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating efforts with various stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives .

Proficient in utili s ing marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media platforms, to execute and track campaigns (though we do have a dedicated team for social media activities).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Passionate about marketing and committed to staying updated on the latest marketing techniques and trends.
