In 2021, we opened our first fulfillment center in the UK, Wolverhampton (near Birmingham), to scale up global expansion in Europe, and that’s where your role comes in. You’ll join our fast-growing European Sales Team on a mission to expand print-on-demand business mainly in the UK and German market by acquiring enterprise-level ecommerce apparel and non-apparel businesses.
Working with high-profile B2B leads and customers in the European markets
Building a sales pipeline by working with the Sales Development team
Managing the sales process to discover customer needs, engaging in value-based conversations, and proactively working with prospects throughout the buying process
Collaborating with other Printful departments to satisfy customer needs
Achieving quarterly sales objectives and accurately forecasting sales activity
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work in a team
Determination to succeed in sales
Great communication and listening skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proven experience in leading business meetings and negotiations will be considered an advantage
Excellent written and spoken Geman will be considered an advantage
Monthly salary of 3,200 euros gross upon achieving the set goals, which consists of a base salary of 1,600 euros gross and a variable salary (if the set goals are exceeded, the total salary can be significantly higher);
