The Role

As a Lead Engine Programmer, you’ll be hands-on with guiding and supporting your team in maintaining and developing features within our Engine and Rendering teams within our new project.

For you, this role will be all about your people, planning and putting the project first. We want you to come in and help our programming teams grow and enable a stable inclusive structure working on various aspects such as Optimisation, Graphics and Low Level Engine Features.

As a Lead Programmer at Ubisoft, you will keep the project in focus as you drive your team in both their personal goals and progression as well as moving the project forward by priority setting with the production and development teams. You’ll be empathetic to the needs of the team while decisive and confident in leadership and decision making.
