Brilliant opportunity to join the team of a new start up and very upmarket restaurant!
The Company This is a newly created venue as part of a wider estate which encompasses accommodation, club house and hospitality space. With a brand new team being brought on this is a great opportunity for the right person to join at a super exciting time! The restaurant will be Grill focused with a British flair and form the hub of this exciting venue.
The Role With a strong focus on providing the very best in customer service and quality, the Restaurant Manager will provide a high level experience for each guest. The role will be responsible for recruiting, training and writing rotas for the bar and restaurant staff. Ensuring that food, drinks and service levels are at the highest standards as well as achieving sales targets including upselling are all part of the role.
About you We are looking for a self starter with proven experience in a 4* or 5* hotel restaurant environment with the highest standards of food and service. You will have an excellent understanding of the hospitality market, in particular when it comes to food trends and be a strong team leader. Commercial and financial acumen are a given and you will have driving license and vehicle.
