Job Vacancy: Sales Administrator - Customer Service Team
Location: Swinton, Manchester
Type: Full-Time (9am-5pm)

Role Summary: Sales Administrator Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, the Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing quotations and orders, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring compliance with export and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Administrator - Adhere to the Customer Charter to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
- Contribute to Customer First initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain daily/weekly activities in SAP with high adherence and completion rates.
- Ensure the department is always prepared for both internal and external audits.
Other Responsibilities: - Review sales orders for accuracy in pricing, configuration, shipping, and billing.
- Process sales orders promptly to guarantee timely and precise delivery.
- Coordinate quotations to ensure swift response to inquiries.
- Maintain customer master data records accurately.
- Liaise with other departments to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Support the Sales Team in customer development and growth activities.
- Drive best practices within the Customer Service Team through the development of business processes.
- Keep accurate records in alignment with Audit and Quality requirements.
- Participate in personal growth and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Assist in quality activities to ensure product specifications meet customer standards.
- Develop and maintain Customer Service quality procedures in line with Quality Standards.
Requirements: Sales Administrator - Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
- Good understanding of SAP or other similar ERP system.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and MS Teams beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
