Prospectus is proud to be supporting our client in their search for a Marketing Manager. The organisation is the leading kinship care charity in England and Wales offering kinship carers financial, legal, practical and emotional support and understanding, from the moment they need it, for as long as they need it. Expert advice, information and guidance helps with complicated and stressful decisions that so many kinship families have to make.
In order to reach and support more kinship carers with these programmes and services, a new Marketing Team is being built to develop and deliver integrated, strategic and creative marketing campaigns and strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, creative and outcome-focused marketeer to join our client as a Marketing Manager. We’re looking for someone with strong marketing experience, able to influence and deliver marketing plans and strategies across the organisation’s different programmes and services. Able to apply your marketing expertise both strategically in helping develop plans, and operationally in delivering them, manage a new Marketing Officer supportively and effectively, you’ll be excited about the opportunity to shape a new function in the organisation.
The successful candidate will delivering online and offline marketing plans, producing high quality and engaging marketing content for different audiences and channels, using insights and date to inform approaches. You will also be contributing to cross organisational communications, content, marketing and editorial planning.
The role holder can be based anywhere in the UK for this hybrid role. There will be a requirement to travel to London for occasional meetings, you should expect to be there a few times a month, and expenses for your travel will be paid.
