Administrator / Coordinator - Homechoice Team
Godalming

1 year temporary contract

Hourly rate - £14 - 16 per hour
Full time - Office based - 8.45 to 5.15 Monday to Thursday and Friday 8.45 to 4.45 - flexibility for the right candidate.

Admin support role collecting bank statements, savings account, completing pre tenancy forms for successful applicants when they have successfully won a bid or within the top 3 people.
Civica uploading emails, documents, checking docs (full training given)
Chasing applicants for documents via emails and phone calls.
Dealing with general enquires etc.
Dealing with all our Transfer annual review forms that come in monthly, these are being changed so that we require financial info such as bank statements and P60s etc to check someone eligibility to remain on our housing register in line with our Housing Allocations Policy. These will be dealt with accordingly, put on Civica and letter sent to stay no change and they remain registered or they may be cancelled or suspended if information is lacking or we have info received to say over our financial remint under our policy.

This role will also be trained to help the manager and senior with shortlisting properties each week, this will be involve looking through their application with a fine tooth combe and making sure they can be finally offered accommodation in line with our allocations policy.

Possibly commence tenancies in the absence of the Part time Co Ordinator such as leave etc.
