Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Leeds (LS2)

Permanent, Full Time

£Competitive plus commission and benefits

Concept Recruitment are a leading provider of temporary, permanent and contract staffing solutions in the North of England and we are looking for a dynamic, positive trainee to join us in our city centre Leeds offices.

You will be working within the industrial temporary market providing an exceptional service to our current, long standing clients whilst identifying new opportunities to develop both existing and new business.

You will be confident, ambitious, competitive and self-motivated with a desire to drive the business forward.

You will need:

The ability to work re-actively and proactively and at times under pressure.
Flexibility to meet the working hours of our clients (including on-call)
A genuine desire to be successful and exceed targets.
Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues.
A full, clean driving licence.
