Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to Manage all AI and ML engineering activities as well as maintain and develop the existing ML training pipelines. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly evolving and expanding field, applying novel technologies, techniques and measured to overcome complex challenges. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, collaborative development environment.

This role would suit an inquisitive mind eager to solve complex technical challenges.

What will you be doing?

• Support the capture of training data and images. Provide detailed method statements to data capture engineers around the world
• Investigate Large Language Model operations within simulation environments
• Provide clear reports and presentations to a non-AI articulate audience. Present reports and findings to the engineering team, management, and external customers
• Enforce GPDR compliance through standard operating procedures, IT access control and periodic reviews and presentations
• Manage defect detection, tracking and resolution through JIRA and integrated toolchains

What are we looking for?

• Doctorate or master’s in software engineering, majoring in AI/ML techniques, or equivalent experience in a related AI/ML field
• Expert knowledge of prototyping algorithms using Python and TensorFlow
• Working knowledge of NVIDA AI/ML evaluation applications
• Experience of working to, and verifying against, international standards
• Knowledge of integrated continuous development toolchains and how these can be used within training and validation activities
