Company Overview Our client is an established CTV AdTech business. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they have established themselves as leaders in the realm of programmatic / CTV advertising. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as the European Director of Programmatic Strategy. Position Overview: European Director of Programmatic Strategy will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue across the entire European region. This position is currently not man management role but rather requires a deep understanding of both the technical and operational facets of programmatic video sales, spanning both traditional TV and mobile platforms (youtube etc). The ideal candidate will possess public speaking skills, agency contacts, alongside a background in senior strategy roles within DSPs, SSPs, or large-scale video publishers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize revenue from CTV (Connected TV) advertising across the EU region. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of CTV campaigns, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Speak to agencies and work closely with internal teams across Europe to ensure Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements within the programmatic video landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. Act as a thought leader and spokesperson, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and technology partners, to drive business development and revenue growth. Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide guidance and support to sales teams, helping them effectively position CTV solutions to clients and prospects. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV sales and optimization. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of programmatic advertising, including ad serving platforms, data management platforms, and ad exchanges. Experience in a senior strategy role within a DSP, SSP, or large-scale video publisher is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
