What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

• Planning and delivering high quality care and education to all children
• Communicating with parents/ carers
• Working as part of a team
• General cleaning and hygiene of the setting
• Helping to serve snacks and meals to meet the nutritional requirements of children
• Reliable
• Good communicator
• Organised
• A positive outlook with a genuine love of children

The training you will be getting

• Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship
• Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
• This is a work-based qualification with monthly timetabled classes.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

• We are keen for apprentices to continue on to the level 3 with a view to a permanent position in the setting.
