Job description
Within this opportunity you will assist withthe management of day-to-day accounting services in the specific service line to ensure that the team consistently meet deadlines and provide a first class and highly professional service at all times. You will help to develop an expanding internal Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the wider Crestbridge Group and promote a positive image of Crestbridge with external clients. You willoversee resource planning for team members and participate in accounting related projects. You willmanage, supervise and develop team members, maintain and develop relationships with the team’s clients. Within this role you will alsodeputise for the Senior Manager during absence, and support them when required in order to fulfil the team’s roles and responsibilities.
Applicants should have arecognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA) and a minimumof 4 years’ practical accounting work experience. Experience of managing, developing and coaching others in a team environment is also required, as well as directexperience of producing financial statements for a variety of corporate entities within various jurisdictions. Applicants should also have experience of exceptional external and internal client service and ideally experiencein a financial services environment, such as fund administration and/or real estate.
