The Rambert Schoolis seeking a Head of Academic Administration and Compliance. The postholder will manage all relevant processes to ensure effective and robust academic administration, policy management, quality assurance and enhancement. They will contribute to the achievement of the strategic aims of the organisation, especially in relation to academic provision and the student experience.

You will also develop and implement the School’s internal quality assurance framework and manage student casework, working with external parties on complex cases as required.

Other responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing, reviewing and implementing all student-related policies and procedures and provide staff and students with related guidance and advice.
• Ensuring the School’s compliance with relevant external quality assurance requirements and the conditions of registration with the Office for Students (OfS).
• Developing an evidence-based approach to quality assurance to enable the School to discharge ongoing external accountabilities.
• Academic Administration, including the creation of the Annual Course Monitoring Report (ACMR) and servicing the Academic Quality & Standards Board (AQSB).
• Managing the School’s approach to risk management, including risk assessments and the Risk Register.
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Prevent.
• Data Management, Recording and Reporting for External Purposes.
