Job description
An exciting opportunity to join a successful Employee-Owned Manufacturer based near St Austell.
We are a successful and growing business looking to enhance our team with the addition of an Office Assistant.

Please note this job is location specific to PL26 8LG and home working is not available.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders via email and phone.
• Checking orders prior to despatch.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Update and maintain customer and supplier information in the database.
• Action the despatch of goods to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist with general office duties such as filing, answering the phone etc.
• Provide excellent customer service support.
Skills:
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including
Word, Excel and Outlook
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Details
• Hours: 0830 – 1730, Monday – Friday. 42.5 hours/week
• Holiday: 24 days/year + Bank Holidays
• Starting salary: £22,100 to £25,282.40 year, dependent on age and experience
• Location: PL26 8LG
