Process Engineering Manager

Camberley

This is an exciting opportunity for an industry experienced Process Engineering Manager to join a global engineering business within the energy sector.

You will have extensive industry experience preferably within the Oil and Gas sector, with exposure to separation and produced water solutions.

As a Process Engineering Manager you will also need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities which will include mentoring and development of staff in your area.

Duties

• Manage and lead activities of the Process Engineering team.
• Manage process input and assess and manage potential technical risk.
• Responsibility for preparation of relevant company proposals.
• Execute and develop process studies, tenders, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Regular communication with clients, suppliers, and government bodies.
• Maintain a constant review and plan of resource requirements in the team.
• Training and mentoring of colleagues as necessary.
• Occasional travel in relation to projects (Could include offshore)

Background:

• Degree: Chemical or Process Engineering
• Extensive technical experience in the Process Engineering
• Preferably Oil and Gas experience
• People management skills
