Job description
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned to business needs
- Manage the L&D budget and resources effectively
- Identify training needs through job analyses and regular consultation with business managers
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and make changes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry
- Obtain feedback from course attendees and action accordingly
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive a consistent development agenda across the business
