What does this Senior Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 21:00 + Some Weekend Work
As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
You could be :
Allocating shifts
Booking in training
Inducting new colleagu
Supporting with supervisions
Ordering medication
The people we support are supported to manage their finances
Providing day-to-day support to our residents

This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and working with autism, and difficult behaviours
and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care
