What does this Senior Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 21:00 + Some Weekend Work

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.

You could be :
 Allocating shifts
 Booking in training
 Inducting new colleagu
 Supporting with supervisions
 Ordering medication
 The people we support are supported to manage their finances
 Providing day-to-day support to our residents

Am I the right person for this Senior Support Worker job?

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values:
 This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and working with autism, and difficult behaviours
 and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care
