If successful, here's what you'll be doing...
Lead and manage the team, effectively dealing with people and performance issues.
Create a positive work culture, leading by example and ensuring company rules are upheld.
Manage workflow of packing/production, ensuring correct operational, H&S and food safety procedures.
Maintain a focus on food safety and quality.
Pro-active management of stock, labour, equipment, and wastage streams.
Ensure accurate recording on ERP system for traceability.
