Aberdeen Appointments Agency are supporting a Client to recruit for a HSE Lead for their Precision Manufacturing Division, based in Aviemore based team. Our Client is a recognised market leader in the provision of integrated fluid transfer, power and control solutions focused on supporting the energy transition worldwide.

Responsible to the Divisional Manager, the HSEQ Lead will be responsible for a variety of key duties including:

• Chairing Monthly meetings and producing relevant reports
• Completing Audits, for both internal and suppliers
• Delivering / Facilitate training
• Initiate and drive positive change that delivers demonstrable benefits to the wider company
• Monitor non-conformances and lead resultant preventative, corrective and improvement actions
• Maintain an efficient and effective department with a specific focus on speed of response, on time delivery, cost control and value for money

The ideal candidate will have a background within a similar role and will have full right to work in the UK. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to Aviemore and should be willing to travel (ad-hoc) for this role.
