We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our CarMoney Sales Team in Dundee. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving performance through positive coaching and performance management to achieve and exceed targets. We are looking for a Sales Manager who has a strong understanding of conversion of lead to sale and in addition understand the end to end sales process in order to deliver a complaint sale.
What you will do
- Daily meetings and one to ones with sales controller
- Managing the profit within the department
Setting and monitoring targets within each department - Inspire and motivate a team of Sales executives and Sales controller
- Understanding any market trends that may influence conversion
- Compile and analyse data
- Create team rota
- Support Sales Director with any interviewing requirements
- Address unsatisfactory performance, problem behaviour and attendance in line with the company policies and procedures
- Work closely with General Manager to ensure a consistent message and united front in managing a team
What you will need
- Experience managing a sales team
- Call/Contact Centre experience would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive financial products
- Excellent understanding of the motor finance sector and can hit the ground running
- Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
- Computer Literate, including MS Office products and Email
- Be able to motive a team
- Ability to coach and upskill underperformers.
