Job description
An exciting opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic and evolving EPR team, encompassing Essex Partnership University Trust (EPUT) and Mid & South Essex University Hospital Foundation Trust.
We are seeking a Business Change and Engagement Analyst with Business Analysis and engagement skills to work with clinical services across multiple sites in Essex. You will have a strong client focus, manage complex and sensitive information, liaise and communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff as necessary to ensure all requests are delivered within published information security policies.
This role includes a wide range of clinical engagement and business analysis services to support digital projects, including the documentation of current and future patient pathways, clinical requirements as part of Trust EPR strategy development and migration, facilitating meetings and workshops, and automation of manual paper-based processes to ensure that the services meet the clinical and operational needs of the Trust.
This will include participation in various team projects and activities, potentially including but not restricted to attendance at governance and project design and development meetings, shadowing clinical staff, floorwalking, delivery of training, production of user guides, standard operation procedures and training materials.
Professional/Technical
Proactive enablement of digital strategy.
Use negotiating skills to resolve conflicts.
Resolve queries or questions in relation to clinical systems, and liaison with technical and project teams.
Lead ad-hoc project related work as required.
Develop user guides, requirements & workflows.
Design & implement new working procedures.
Staff Management
Leading project activities supervising virtual teams on a matrix management basis.
Provide guidance to health professionals / support staff.
Communication
Maintain effective communication with all Trust staff as required.
Plan effective communication throughout the organisation for any updates and changes to processes.
Planning and Organisation
Plan full lifecycle project activities from gathering requirements through to handover.
Attend meetings at peer group level taking an active part as a team members.
Attention to detail and deal with changing priorities.
Assist with policy development/implementation.
