What can I expect:
As our Group Loyalty Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our customer experience and driving loyalty among our 1.2 million members. Your main objective - analyse customer purchasing habits and craft irresistible product initiatives delivered through our exclusive Club mailer, ultimately boosting store visits and basket spend.
Here's what your role entails:
📧 Emails to our legacy database:
Strategizing and planning the mailer schedule in collaboration with department heads and category managers.
Analyzing mailer data to optimize performance, ensuring emails are delivered effectively and offers are successful.
🛍️ Organization and Production:
Curating engaging content for our registered club mailers, maintaining our brand voice and style.
Ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of all linked content and store listings.
🤝 Engagement Management:
Supporting garden center teams and customers, providing relevant reports and metrics for success measurement.
Analyzing loyalty data to identify opportunities for improvement and assisting in delivering best practices.
📊 Administration:
Handling administrative tasks such as loading club cards and managing card stock levels.
What do I need?
A data-driven mindset with an ability to analyse customer behavior.
Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate across departments.
Experience in loyalty program management and email marketing is a plus.
