Estate Agent Property Valuer
Edgware
£25000 £30000 base salary (depending on experience)
£70000 £80000 OTE
MonFri and day of in lieu for working Saturday.
Our client is an well established Estate Agency based in Edgware. They are currently looking for a Property Valuer to join their team.
Responsibilities in this role are:
- Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.
- Managing your clients (as well as your colleague’s clients) keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service.
- Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations financial & Legal services leads and viewings.
- Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.
You have:
- Previous experience in property listing/valuing
- A full UK driving licence and your own car
- A strong work ethic
- A successful track record in your academic professional or personal life
- A desire to grow as an individual
- Is hungry for success
- Is eager to learn new things
- Thrives in a busy environment
