Relocations Office Manager

Our Client is an international company with offices across the World.

They are looking to recruit an Office Manager for the City of London office with at least 5 to 10 years experience in Office moves and relocations.

Summary Profile:

To manage the implementation and delivery of the office relocation projects in Europe bloc and work closely with General Affairs and support the GM to manage the operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The work undertaken will vary significantly and be dependent on business needs, however some of the key activities include:

  1. Oversee the technical aspects of any office relocations and alterations in Europe bloc
  2. Liaising with project management company regarding office relocations
  3. Supporting the Administration Manager on the internal approval process for "Company Asset Management" in Europe bloc, including enhancing of company rules/regulations, communicating with relevant parties and supervising other department/office staff
  4. Facilities management
  5. To coordinate with different stakeholders
  6. To manage any major issues and risks in relation to office relocation
  7. To manage any project budgets regarding office relocation
  8. Providing support to the GM of the department with other ad hoc projects/tasks as and when requested

The salary for this position is in the range £50K - £55K.
