Community Manager
Salary : Up to £35k DOE
Location : Based from Bristol
Contract Type : Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Community Manager to foster a vibrant and engaging environment within our multi-tenanted commercial building. The Community Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with tenants, coordinating events and activities, and ensuring the overall satisfaction and well-being of the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a sustainable environment and promoting eco-friendly practices within the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community within the building. Organise events, workshops, and other activities to facilitate connections among tenants.
- Oversee the management of common areas, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with Facilities Manager to address maintenance, security, and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Regularly communicate with tenants to share important updates, upcoming events, and relevant information. Utilise various channels such as newsletters, social media, and online platforms to engage with the community.
- Implement strategies to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction using regular communication.
- Promote sustainable practices within the building.
- Monitor and manage social media channels and online systems.
- Proven experience in community management, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work occasional evenings for events.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and a genuine interest in promoting eco-friendly practices.
