Here you'll be joining their commercial team who all work on a hybrid basis where you split your time equally between home and the centrally located offices.

So, day to day, you'll be playing an Account Handler role for the commercial clientele.
That's clients in sectors such as engineering, construction, food & drink, renewables, technology, life sciences and agricultural.
Processing new business, supporting the Account Executives, handling MTAs and renewal work will all form much of your day to day here.
And longer term, you'll have a clear route either into leadership or Executive work as part of an ongoing succession plan within the team.
If you are already an experienced commercial handler, you'll be able to jump straight into the bigger ticket client work and handle more of the complex work.
But if you are coming in from underwriting or a niche area like financial lines, you'll start off in a more comfortable space such as SME work and quickly progress from there.
You'll enjoy a superb benefits package with up to 16% pension contribution and private medical cover up and above the base salary of up to around £35,000.
