Following the retirement of our previous Headteacher, we are seeking a dynamic individual to continue our tradition of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator, committed to driving innovation and academic success, and dedicated to enhancing the lives and education of our children and the community.

We Are Seeking a Headteacher Who Will:

· Exemplify optimistic personal behaviour and establish positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the local community.

· Lead the school with professional integrity, embedding our strong Christian ethos in all aspects of school life.

· Set ambitious standards for all pupils, actively working to overcome disadvantages and promote equality.

· Maintain a safe, calm, and well-ordered environment for pupils and staff, with a focus on safeguarding and nurturing exemplary behaviour.

· Lead with integrity, creativity, resilience, and clarity, leveraging personal expertise and that of the team.

· Foster a culture of continuous professional development and mutual support among staff.

· Engage with robust governance, supporting the Governing Board in its strategic role and accountability functions.
