Engagement Program Manager - Sonos

Full Time, Permanent

Salary : £35,000 to £40,000 per annum + up to 12.5% bonus

Working : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location : Mostly work from home with frequent travel to Sonos HQ (Hayes) and occasional visits to retail

Working for REL Field Marketing as our Sonos Engagement Program Manager, you will be the primary interface between Sonos and the activations & strategy in the field. Working directly with Sonos you will create and adapt content for the engagement program, lead the strategy for digital and physical activation as well as ensure brand loyalty of retail staff and wholesale partners.

Responsibilities :

• Central point of contact for the Sonos team, their production and governance team, as well as global stake holders - ensuring that key Sonos strategy, objectives and messaging is being communicated and reported back with constant feedback and development
• Lead the work of the engagement team as well as running and developing strategy for the engagement program, ensuring delivery of best-in-class engagement
• Digital and physical support to retail and wholesale partners to ensure store compliance, point of sale (POS) materials maintenance and store management relationships
• Create and activate digital and physical trainings and events in the retail environment through a digitally led strategy
• Work closely with the business analyst at Workshop (Nordics managed Engagement Program) and stakeholders in Sonos UK to identify business opportunities and strategically target key outlets to drive sales performance
• Work with the UK and global Sonos team for field related activities as well as their Event program at retailer Head Offices and Exhibitions throughout the year

What we are looking for :

• Digital engagement experience is essential to this role
• Strong consumer electronics background within a retail environment 
• Training content creation and implementation in retail
• Knowledge of running and developing an ambassador incentive program
• Online social community management experience
• Analysing business performance to strategically take decisions on activations, experiences and content to drive sales and advocacy performance
• A passion for music and strong interest in innovative consumer electronics
• Experience communicating at Director level
