Building Safety Information Officer needed in Harrow.

The hourly rate is £19.91ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: HAR-012027

The successful candidate will be required to lead on the continuous development of the compliance database and other Housing systems. They will respond to changes in legislation and support the management of the Housing (HRA) compliance of data and systems via review and quality assurance and monitor performance, undertake gap analysis and work across teams to collect, validate and maintain accurate, reliable, and available building safety information.

• Develop, implement, and manage data management processes, systems, and data collection
• Maintain Health & Safety related records, trends and information relating to the group HRA buildings and produce reports
• To act as the first point of contact for Health and Safety within the Housing be responsible for risk assessments, safe systems of work
• Identifying best practice in Health and Safety, providing guidance and support to all members of the Housing team
• To support and work closely with managers, directors, and safety committees to ensure that risks are identified and assessed and that activities are prioritized and coordinated to further control and mitigate risks, including the development of safety plans, work programmes and performance measures
