Job description
My client is a large business based in Doncaster - Yorkshire. Thay are looking for a HR/Payroll Project Lead who will collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to scope, communicate and implement key changes to develop and deliver a strategic project. This will also involve continuous improvement. Our client is looking for an experienced Project Lead to join them on a 12-18 month contract.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director you will be responsible for the full end to end project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Finance project leadership,
* Reporting to leadership of project status, issues and ownership of solutions
* Drive the project to completion
* Responsibility for the review, mapping, streamlining and automation of payroll systems
* Processes improvement for efficiency, productivity and customer service
* Project route map
* Training and development of employees on finance transformation thinking including digital capability.
* Support negotiations with external parties
* End to end project implementation & co-ordination
* build/configuration, testing, parallel running, data migration, communication & training
Requirements
* Experience in delivering change within Payroll & HR systems and processes
* Build relationships with leaders across the group in adopting new and improved ways of working
* Good knowledge of payroll legislation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to influence others and to ensure a collaborative, best-practice environment
* Able to lead, manage and inspire a large team to maximise outcomes
* Experience in delivering Payroll & HR systems change
