The Manufacturing Service Delivery Unit Resource and Cost Base team:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resource & Cost Base Lead to join our Manufacturing Service Delivery Unit (MSDU) planning team.The role reports to the Head of Planning – MSDU, and is responsible for ensuring the management and support of resource allocation and adherence to IBP across the various MSDU businesses, including 3B Machining, 510 Carbon, AFAF and Central Treatments Facility.
This role will provide you with the opportunity and exposure to work across various MSDU departments, gathering information on the resource required and ensuring they are in the right place, having an input into the creation of IBP submissions and providing production plans with intelligent information regarding resource performance and utilisation.You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The role will give you the opportunity to build your network and provide a great opportunity for future progression within the team.
