Credit Controller | £23,000 - £25,000 | Bolton | Fast-growing business | Fantastic team
Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a high-growth business, based in Bolton, in their search for an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to join their specialist team.
This office-based role offers end-to-end exposure within Credit Control and boasts a friendly, supportive and social team culture. As such, this role is well suited to chatty and personable Credit Controllers looking to take the next step in their career into a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Chasing overdue invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Working closely to resolve customer queries and problematic accounts
- Building positive working relations with key accounts
- Processing incoming payments
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Weekly debtors meeting with team and management
- Manage accounts inbox
- Ad hoc tasks
Required Experience and Skills: - Previous experience of working as a Credit Controller
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-keeping skills
- High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
- Good IT and MS Excel skills
- Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations
