- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Security)
- Windows Server (DNS, Active Directory, File & Print, and Patch Management)
- Virtualisation (VMWare, HyperV, and Azure)
- Backup admin, setup and DR
Here's what we're looking for from you:
- Proven experience in an MSP support role
- Ability to work across technologies which include; Windows Server, Cloud (Azure, AWS & O365), Active Directory, Virtualisation, Exchange, Infrastructure and IT security & networking
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues with a root-cause analysis mindset and acting as an escalation point for the team
- Helping to create technical documentation
- On-Site client visits and out of hours working may be required
Benefits
- Salary up to £30k depending on experience and technical skillset
- 28 days including bank holidays + Birthday)
- 2 extra days after two years of employment and one extra thereafter up to a maximum of 25 days
