GSL Education are actively looking for a dedicated
SEN Teachers to provide crucial support to the
SEN School based in
Winchester and its surrounding areas.
We are considering applications from unqualified teachers as well. Responsibilities: - Specialised Instruction : Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with MLD/SEN ..
- Collaborative Team Player : Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to create a holistic approach to student development.
- Individualised Support : Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring their unique learning requirements are met.
- SEN Advocacy : Act as an advocate for SEN students, promoting awareness and understanding within the school community.
Requirements:
- Experience in mainstream or SEN primary education
- Passion for working with children with SEMH
- Must be a patient and reliable
- Be able to work well in a team
- Be proactive in meeting student's needs
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
