We have a tremendous opportunity for a new Head of Finance role to join our dynamic Senior Management Team, shapingthe overall direction and performance of Ayrshire Housing.

While upholding Ayrshire Housing’s values, the successful candidate will have a track record of developing andmaintaining effective financial management and accounting systems at a senior level. Effective leadership skillswill be key to providing motivation and direction to the staff team at Ayrshire Housing along with beingproactive in partnership working to enhance Ayrshire Housing’s reputation.

Manor Estates Housing Association is looking to recruit a full-time Housing Management Director to join our team. Wewant to find someone that shares our values and wants to make a positive difference.

As the Director of Finance, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, ensuring the effective managementand governance of LHA’s financial affairs. In addition to our financial affairs, your leadership and financialacumen will contribute to the success of our development initiatives, asset management portfolio, and ICTstrategy. You will play a key role in supporting the association's loan portfolio, and driving prudentfinancial planning to ensure the housing association’s long-term viability.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a professional accountancy qualification and proven experience in leadingsuccessful finance teams. Your strategic thinking, motivational skills, and ability to manage a diverse remitwill set you apart. Experience in developing accounting systems, statutory returns, and collaborativerelationships with stakeholders is crucial. Knowledge of housing policy, regulatory standards, and ICT skillswill be further advantageous. Direct RSL experience is not necessary but candidates must evidence interest inand transferability to the sector.

Southside Housing Association has an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join the Association’sManagement Committee where you will assist in shaping the future for our tenants, other residents andstakeholders.

We are a long established, locally run organisation delivering high quality, affordable homes and a wide range ofother services. We currently own and manage approximately 2300 homes for social rent across the south side ofGlasgow. Our wholly owned subsidiary Southside Factoring and Related Services (SFARS) also manages 225Mid-Market Rent homes, and currently provides a property factoring service to around 1000 homeowners andcommercial enterprises.

What you can expect from Southside H.A.:

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in helping to change Scotland’s relationship with alcohol starting withyoung people. Community Alcohol Partnerships (CAP) is looking to engage the services of a results-orientedconsultant with great people skills to set up CAP projects in high harm areas.

The successful applicant will have a track record of building effective partnerships, the people and communicationskills to involve and engage a wide range of local stakeholders and the leadership and project management skillsto support projects through each phase of their lifecycle including baseline evaluation, action plan delivery,post intervention evaluation and maintenance/sustainment. After a short familiarisation period the successfulapplicant will be expected to oversee fast-track development of new CAPs in priority areas and takeresponsibility for all aspects of their management with minimal supervision.

A key requisite of the role will be the ability to forge effective public/private sector partnerships betweenstatutory agencies, schools, youth charities and retailers following the CAP model and evaluation framework. Thesuccessful applicant may come from a police, public health, education, local authority or other relevantbackground.
