Leasehold Services Manager needed in Portsmouth £27.73ph ref 5244944

The Leasehold Services Manager is responsible for the day to day delivery of Housing Management Services, delivered by a team of 5 Leasehold Services Officers. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Resales including Sellers Information Packs
• General Lease Enquiries
• All aspects of Lease Enforcement
• Collection of Service Charges
• Management of ASB

The Leasehold Services Manager also needs to have a good knowledge and understanding of the calculation and collection of Service Charges, including the management of a Reserve Fund, together with experience of Section 20 consultation processes to ensure full cost recovery and value for money for its leaseholders.

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
