Registered Veterinary Nurse Shropshire

A friendly, progressive, clinically driven, and proudly independent RCVS accredited veterinary group are looking for a friendly Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team at a practice situated in a market town nestled in the heart of picturesque Shropshire that offers a perfect blend of heritage and modern convenience. Our client is proudly independent allowing excellent clinical freedom and continuity of cases enabling exceptional care for both clients and their pets.


You will be an integral part of the team working alongside experienced Veterinary Surgeons a proficient Practice Manager, dedicated Veterinary Nurses and Student Veterinary Nurses, and a friendly Receptionist. Together, they create a thriving environment of excellence in veterinary care.

This role is suitable for those looking to advance their career, enhance their skills, or pursue a certificate (with funding and support). It's also open to RVNs with less experience who possess skills in communication, organisation, client focus, care, and have a team-oriented approach, as you will benefit from support and mentorship from experienced staff. Ideally, our client is looking for someone who has been qualified for a year and ideally a Certificate of Higher Education.

The practice is situated in an area where you can enjoy leisurely strolls through the lush countryside, indulge in the warmth of traditional pubs and eateries, and explore unique shops, making it an ideal place to call home, offering easy access to major cities, family-friendly amenities, and a strong sense of belonging in this welcoming town.

The Role:
•Full-time and Part-time will be considered
•Permanent role
•Average 38 hours per week, flexibility on hours over 3.5 days
•No OOH
•Weekends on a rota
