Are you a proven finance professional with the ability to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing group? We are currently seeking a talented Finance Director to lead our finance function and drive our ambitious growth plans forward.
Requirements for this position:
- A fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Prior experience in senior finance leadership roles, especially within the manufacturing sector.
- Exposure to working within Private Equity (PE) backed businesses.
- Strong background in leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability.
- Proficiency in utilising financial metrics to track and assess business performance.
- Previous involvement in executing financial strategies to align with business objectives.
- Proficient in compiling management/group reports featuring comprehensive financial data.
- Proven track record of leveraging strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Extensive experience and proficiency in applying UK GAAP.
- Thorough understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in finance.
- Experience mentoring and leading finance teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Familiarity with maximising ERP systems to optimise financial processes.
- Ideally, a background in overseeing financial operations across various locations or in an international context, though not essential.
