Job Title:  Day Centre Care Coordinator

Location: Derby 

Contract:  24 hours over 3 days per week

Previous experience of running a team would be an advantage but not essential to become pert of the Radfield Derby team. 

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

Are you a person who would love the challenge of running a day centre. Have good communication , IT and organisational skills , able to manage a team and work closely with clients , families and outside organisations and also the Registered Care Manager .To provide the best experience during our clients time at the day centre. 

Day centre's are a time for clients to engage in stimulating activities and communicate with others to combat isolation and build connections through companionship and socialisation. 

This role will also include ensuring clear daily structures are in place for both the clients and the care professionals. So forward planning and thinking outside the box for new and exciting ideas is key for this role.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
