Job description
As an Audit Manager, you will be part of a diverse Group Audit team looking at TUI Group businesses and their processes through engagement with all levels of management across a multitude of countries and cultures, supporting the TUI Group in reaching its overall targets in a sustainable manner.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Planning, executing and reporting on audit assignments;
- Taking a risk-based and agile approach, tailoring your approach to the needs of the underlying assignment, you will evaluate the control environment and its effectiveness and make suggestions for improvements;
- Providing valuable insights to management e.g. through the use of analytics;
- Working with the business to ensure implementation of measures to reduce the likelihood of any identified risk materialising;
- Working on the continuous improvement of our own processes, e.g. by learning about, using and embedding agile, analytics and robotics in the way we work; and
- Building a strong network with colleagues across our various businesses.
- During business as usual, this role will require international business travel, from short-haul to possibly long-haul.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in risk based audit and financial controls
- Ability to learn quickly while working in a dynamic and potentially unknown environment;
- Someone who is commercially focussed with an affinity for IT and an interest in digital developments;
- Solution focussed, analytical thinker who adopts a flexible approach in an agile work environment;
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build valuable working relationships across the Group;
- Openness to working in an international context and a great team player who is also capable and comfortable working alone on assignments;
- Ambitious out-of-the-box thinker who likes to share new perspectives to develop and improve Group Audit on a continuous basis;
- Fluent in English; any other European language, preferably German is a plus.
