Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from residents, families, and external parties.
Maintain accurate records of resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for residents and staff.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and oversee office organization.
Financial Management:
Manage petty cash and reconcile expenses.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
