Job description
As our Physical Security Engineer, you will provide technical advice and expertise for the selection, development, design, and enhancement of all physical security systems already in use or in future projects across NTT GDC EMEA. The role will also provide guidance regarding the required minimum level of system standardization between the various subregions to harmonize system usage, reporting output and EMEA wide system integration.
Your Responsibilities
- Technical design of Data Center Physical Security
- Lifecycle management of security assets and technology in use
- Coordination of security technology projects
- Provision of technical instruction manual and training of security employees
- Design and implementation of new security technology
- Commissioning of new security systems
- Leads trouble shooting of security technology issues
Your Profile
- Multi- year experience in Data Center Physical Security and Technology
- Familiar with DC industry security standards and accreditations
- Solid experience with up to date security technology such as access control systems, CCTV, Fire Suppression & Detection
- Multi-year experience in managing security technology vendors.
- Solid project management skill to manage mid-scale (in-life) projects.
- Work experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to design and deliver comprehensive security solutions
- Strong ability to prioritize excessive workloads
- Result driven and solution oriented
- To undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019
