Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Outside on the Refinery maintaining equipment by shadowing experienced technicians
- Learning skills to identify how equipment works
- Learning how to repair and maintain equipment
The training you will be getting
- Science Industry Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship Standard (level 3)
- BTEC or HNC in Engineering (depedent on prior attainments)
- Training location to be confirmed
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
If successful you will obtain an industry recognised qualification and technical certificate which will give you the skills, knowledge and behaviours that you can use for your future career
