Job description

As a member of the Accounts team, you will work across a portfolio of client accounts, nurturing these relationships to ensure account retention and to grow the value of these accounts within our core data, insight and technology services. Alongside our Account Directors, you will establish and develop long term client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, successful project delivery and retention.

By working closely and collaboratively with our Analytics and Technology teams you will manage the effective application of our analytical, customer insight and technology processes; blending quantitative and qualitative customer data and insights with innovative customer experiences delivered through our technology platform to delight our clients and deliver a return on investment of at least £10 per £1 spent.

This role requires strong relationship and project management skills, experience working in or with B2B or B2C organisations and will benefit from familiarity with digital practices including analytics, conversion rate optimisation, AB testing, search engine optimisation and digital marketing.

Key accountabilities

Account value : You will be accountable for the value of a portfolio client accounts, ensuring that we extend and grow these accounts over time.

Relationship Management : You will develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understand their business objectives and challenges and through these relationships identify and support our response to opportunities for retaining and growing these accounts.

Team Player : You will lead client engagements alongside our Analytics and Technology teams, provide project management support and ensure delivery upon project deadlines and commercial targets. You will also mentor junior members of the business, supporting their development and progression.

Account Planning : You will deliver upon comprehensive account plans to ensure timely delivery and growth of our accounts. Working with internal teams you will support the development of strategic proposals and pitches to grow account value.

Project Management : You will support the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, budget, and timelines. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure timely project delivery.

New Business Development : You will support business growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and will collaborate with the new business team to develop winning proposals to grow our client base.

Industry Expertise : You will have a passion for digital, stay up to date with the latest industry trends, digital technologies, and best practices. Allowing you to share insights with clients and internal teams to both drive account value and support new business activity.
