Job description
Roles and responsibilities
• To clean public and staff areas of the Stadium.
• To regularly deep clean all areas.
• To ensure all work, where relevant is completed in compliance with health and safety legislation including COSHH and other relevant guides and legislation.
• To carry out tasks in line with quality management systems and procedures to ensure that high standards of work are undertaken & recorded.
• To assist in the ongoing development of quality management systems.
• To assist with the set-up of events and activities at the Stadium.
• To carry out tasks related to weather issues to make areas safe for use.
• To assist other departments with tasks and activities where required.
• To provide high standards of customer service at all times.
• To report any potential shortages in stock levels to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times to carry out the required tasks.
• To report any defects or additional work required through the appropriate systems.
• To comply with Company regulations and procedures.
• To support and practice the Company's Customer Charter
General duties and accountabilities
• To support AITC and Brighton & Hove Albion in their aims and objectives at all times.
• To ensure compliance with all relevant club policies, including health and safety policies.
• To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.
• To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, maintaining a professional persona at all times when representing AITC and Brighton & Hove Albion.
• To keep confidential any information gained regarding the charity, club and its personnel.
• To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time
